Clean, comfortable boat with everything needed for a great stay. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores, and attractions. 10-minute walk to waterbus to Kinderdjike. Monique is a helpful and friendly host. Enjoyed watching canal activity and relaxing in seating area upstairs.

Spacious and comfy mobile home, equipped kitchen, lovely terrace with a view. Close to Erasmus University and Plaswijckpark. Ahoy Rotterdam within a stone's throw.
The floor was so shiny I almost slipped and broke my neck. So considerate of them to provide such a dangerous feature.

Loved the unique experience of staying in a houseboat! Beautifully furnished and great location. Terrace was a lovely bonus.
Oh, nothing to complain about! It was all perfect, just like the unicorns frolicking on the Grachten.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, including a microwave. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a great addition for relaxing evenings. The private bathroom, with its shower and free toiletries, made me feel right at home. The parquet floors gave the unit a cozy and inviting feel.
Some people might enjoy it, but personally, I found the bathroom a little small.

I always stay at the houseboat apartments when I visit Rotterdam. It's perfect for me with Wi-Fi, outdoor dining area, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me find a lost item. Returning for my business trip.

The room at Houseboat Holiday Apartments Rotterdam was absolutely cozy and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen with a microwave was perfect for whipping up some quick meals. The flat-screen TV with cable channels made our evenings even more enjoyable. Plus, the private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries was a great touch. The parquet floors added a touch of warmth to the overall atmosphere.
Honestly, I must say that the only thing I liked less was the lack of fancy hotel details. But hey, it's just my personal preference, and I'm sure others would still find enjoyment in it.

I recently stayed at Houseboat Holiday Apartments for three nights in the one bed unit. The cozy and comfortable accommodation had a small roof terrace, kitchen/dining area, bathroom/shower room, living room, and a small room with a large double mattress. The host was incredibly helpful, providing cooking essentials such as oil, tea, and coffee. Despite its central location, the boat was peaceful and close to water taxis, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Definitely a unique and enjoyable experience!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Some areas looked tired, sofa needs replacing. Fridge door is loose and thermostat is on the way out.

We had a delightful stay at Houseboat Holiday Apartments. The central location was perfect for exploring Rotterdam, and the host was incredibly helpful. The cozy and comfortable accommodations had all the cooking essentials we needed, and we enjoyed watching the canal activity. Despite being centrally located, it was peaceful and we had restful nights here. The water taxis were also convenient and highly recommended.
Nothing comes to mind. Some taxis had difficulty finding the location, but it was not a big problem due to the good location of the boat.

Compact and romantic boat apartment with everything you need. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the tides. The kitchen is well-equipped and the private terrace offers great views of skyscrapers.
Who needs accessible bathrooms anyway? Crawling through cupboards and climbing a steep ladder is just part of the fun!

Tile/marble floor , a terrace to pretend I'm on a yacht, and a view that reminds me of my own experience on this houseboat.
Oh, the joy of climbing down a ladder to the bathroom. A real treat, especially for someone with a love for acrobatics.
